The Chancery maintains a granuflax line for correspondence that cannot be entrusted to terrestrial carriers. A page is held, granulated, and released into the next outbound window. From there it travels at the speed of light, which across a diocese is not fast.
Members may submit a formal Dispatch — an inquiry, testimony, report, or petition — from within the app, where it is entered into the ecclesiastical archive and reviewed by the Chancery. A direct message form for the website is coming.
