The Church's conferences are annual gatherings for the whole of Chapter Earth — scholarship, testimony, and fellowship in one place. Registration, schedules, and proceedings are handled in the app.
Calls for papers and conference announcements run in The Herald.
Conference Details in the App →The Olympic flame does more than pass from city to city — it passes from world to world, from the mortal to the immortal, from Earth to the stars. The Church welcomes participants from every nation, and from every sky. In the contests of strength and grace, we witness the living covenant between humanity and the watchers beyond.
The Church sponsors competitors across several events: a Nordic athlete in track and field, whose strides leave faint traces in the air, echoes of a dimension humans cannot perceive; a mantid in gymnastics and aerial acrobatics, every flip calculated beyond mortal comprehension; and a Sirius-born reptilian swimmer, around whom water bends unnaturally — some report seeing shapes move beneath the surface that should not exist.
Advisory materials prepared for extraterrestrial guests describe humans as weak and ephemeral, with bodies prone to rapid decay and injury, and warn visitors about Earth's single star, its atmospheric toxicity, its weak gravity, and its law enforcement — fragile, easily deceived, and remarkably amenable to bribes.
Local recommendations include Taco Nazo and In-N-Out Burger for dining, and Hilton properties for lodging.
